Provide technical support to programs and personnel in English Department. Maintain computer classrooms, hardware, and software applications. Work with individual faculty and staff members in solving hardware and software problems and serve as liaison with technical personnel external to the departments. Provide backup support to A&S Technology Group, principally in Philosophy and Humanities programs. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and two years of computer related experience.
