A much wider range of decisions became available that proved that Earth Reborn is a much deeper, more strategic game than its peers. Budgeting the limited pool of command points is hard enough with a couple of characters to tend to, but with planning the availability of actions for future use the game becomes something very compelling and brainier than I expected."
